So what part of this has been updated since the last post?

Basically starting 2005 when you buy your license it will expire 365 days later or the same day next year. No more January 1 to December 31 season. Just makes a license a even better deal for those who like to wait til summer before they buy a new license.

This won't affect us dedicated fisherman. This is the best thing to happen to all those good weather fisherman.
