I am taking my boat out tomorrow for the first time. We are launching at Pelican Bay on Utah Lake. Does anyone know of any good spots over on the west side of the lake?

I have heard Saratoga,but never fished there,be careful,and wear your life vest.I heard reports of high winds,but don't know about Utah lake[]
