Scofield is ice free now fishcat. Well there might be a smidgein of ice floating around. I was up there Thursday working and was hoping to wet a line but never had the time. This time of year I would soake my hook in Scofield, course as close as I live to Jordanelle I can soak a hook there anytime.

Road is right, Scofield is ice free. I was up there friday, fishing was good until the wind kicked up. It got cold in a hurry. The wind blew hard enough to make the fishing kinda miserable. Great fishin up until that point.

My vote would be for Scofield just because I went up twice last week and the fishing from shore was so easy and the fish were so hungry. If you have egg sacks from trout eggs they are harder to keep off your hook than on it.

When are you going up?? I have inlaws in town this week and may try to sneak away while they take my wife and do other stuff. The only problem is she will take our car and I can't take my work car. I have tons of eggs and a handful of pre-tied egg sacks that are ready to go. Good luck if you go and if you go in the afternoon let me know if you want to offer somebody a ride. I get off at 4:00 and depending on the in-laws plans I may desperately need to get away.
