regulation change for scup will be effective on monday,may,24,2004,minimum length limit will be 10-1/2",creel limit will be 20 fish per angler per day,open season from july 23 through oct 12 and nov1 throughdec 31(season closed from dec 1 through july 22 and oct 13 through oct 31)
