[size 1]Take your lobster and clean out the waste elimination tube by using the antenna to stick up and snag it and pull it out.

Remove tail from body
cut tail top and bottom
Boil until shell falls off
soak in some diluted liquid smoke for 1-2 hours
Light up the smoker using your favorite sweet smelling wood
Put tails into smoker, if you can hang them do it
Let them smoke for 4-5 hours with a very low heat
take them out and gobble them down.
Could be a little expensive if you have to buy them but if you dive or can catch them off the peir the price is right.

also works for crawfish!
