When to Utah lake today. 1st stop was American fork boat harbor don't go there it is total waste of time the water is so low you can see the mud coming up from boat wakes. I only saw 1 person fishing. its also a $6.00 fee to enter.

2nd stop Utah lake St. park $9.00 fee (got to buy a park pass) Caught 4 bull heads and 4 Crappie some size to many of the crappie caught today. Fished about 3 hrs. All fish were caught on small white jigs under a bobber inside the harbor. Threw a inline spinner off south dike for about 30 mins. nah da. All in all not a bad day.

Jig under a bobber?? Were you jigging it or just letting it sit with the bobber?

Both adjust jig just off of bottom a few inches then swim and jig them sometimes just sitting proved good action, sometimes they hit it moving.
