Morels are just about done.
I found 5 yesterday falling over and getting moldy.
here is a nice group that were growing along the side of the garage. I found a total of 16 in this little spot.
overall its been a pretty good year.

[]hey stormy, thanks fer the picture, dave was askin me bout the morel fishin, haha and i had no idea what he was talkin bout till he writ me back and told me mushrooms, haha and you got the picture so now i know which ones he meant. haha thanks, well i have not seen those kind here. we have some that are round and white and grow on old elm trees small. and boy do they make a good soup! yessa! my girlfriend made some an et almost all of it. i was so stuffed i couldnt move haha later thanks. do ya use em fer soup and put in with steaks and what ever?? later mare[]

last year at this time the morrells were just beginning around here i think . not a leaf on the trees either .
this year everything is green , tall grass , trees except the apple trees have leaves .
bad part about it is all the skeeters are out in full force .
anyone got some deet aftershave ? lol !!!!
