[ul] [li]12 large shrimps [li]1/2 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs) [li]1/4 cup all purpose flour [li]4 tbsps soysauce [li]1 egg [li]oil for frying[/li][/ul]

How to Cook:
[ol] [li]Peel shrimp and make a couple incisions on the stomach side so that it stays straight. [li]Put flour on shrimp lightly [li]Dip the shrimp in beaten egg. [li]Cover the shrimp with panko. [li]Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F degree. [li]Fry shrimps until brown. [li]Drain fried shrimp on a rack. [/li][/ol]*Makes 4 servings
