For dipping: [li]2 egg yolks [li]1 1/2 tbsp vinegar [li]3 tbsp [black]dashi soup stock[/black] [li]1 1/2 sugar [/li][/ul]
How to Cook:
[ol] [li]Wash and de-vein the shrimps. [li]Pour sake over shrimps. [li]Steam the shrimps on high heat for 5 min. [li]Cool the shrimps before serving. [li]To make the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pan and put on low heat. [/li][/ol]*Makes 4 servings
