Fished T lake twice this weekend and the large mouth are going crazy. Caught a dozen every day just before dark. Took my family out there last night and they didn't catch any fish well except for a 6lb largemouth. It was fatter then it was long.

Hooper fishing rocked all day and just before dark a huge mayfly hatch. The fish boiled for almost 2 hrs.

Oh and fished Beaver mtn. with no success. IT SUCKED. If the fishing wasn't bad enough everybody was from Cali or Nevada. Every lake and the river was packed except for the one I like to fish.

Hey hedgesd,if it helps ya feel any better, not all Nevadans went to Utah. This one never left the state. But too many more Bass stories like that one and I may have to jump the border. LOL

You got me too. That's quite a mystery---- T-lake. PM me with the details. Sounds like a blast though. Too bad you had the same luck with the tourists that I did. I made it to a small stream that rarely if ever gets fish only to find some people camped right on my favorite spot. Still was able to help my wife's little brothers catch their first browns.

I'm a bachelor til Friday so you better invite me on one of these trips. Tomorrow would be great. I hope that's subtle enough.

I'd love to give up the T lake secrets to everybody but I don't want this place to get crowded with the crazy bass guys. If you want to know send a PM and maybe I'll give it up.

The best part is my little sister caught it and just before that she was whinning about leaving. I wish I had a picture to share but when she picked it up it ripped it's self out of her hand. I guess I'll have to catch it another day. The few Blue Gills are about 8" as well but still small compared to my best Blue Gill.

PowerMaker well atleast one stayed home. I would of fished a couple other lakes up Beaver but it was already combat fishing.
