Is there such a thing as a Pigeon Season here in Minnesota? I was at Cenaiko Lake in Coon Rapids and as I was getting my fishing gear out of the car I look over and see this Hmong guy shoving a pigeon in a small bird cage that already had 3 other live pigeons in it. They quickly put the full cage in the truck of the car and drove off. I was going to get a license plate but it was a new car. Had the paperwork taped up in the back window.
