This is a traditional tartar sauce complete with hardboiled egg and capers. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days."



[Image: ingredient.gif] 1 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon minced capers 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped salt to taste salt and white pepper to taste 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1 dash hot pepper sauce [Image: directions.gif] [Image: trans.gif] [#cc0000]1[/#cc0000] In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, capers, and egg.
