with the runoff stuff almost done, Im ready for some fishing! I fish up in the poudre, which is west of Fort Collins, lots of wild browns there, but it is catch and release in most parts... Some days you can pop those babies out 2 at a time! Smile

Hello imegayachtcom ,

Where about are you fishing in Colorado? I will be moving to Colorado Springs July 20th? Any suggestions on place I will want to fish locally?

I'd love to move to Colorado! The problem would be that i would never get any work done. The company thinks I spend enough time there as it is. One of the places you will really want to try is the Frying Pan River. Its just over the hill {ok its a big hill} between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Fantastic class "A" fishing. But closer to the Springs is Pueblo Resevoir. Its about 45 miles south of Colorado Springs. There was a record Wiper caught out of there this year on a flyrod. After you get settled in and I'm out doing "sales calls" we'll go get a line wet. Al

Count me in! I'm pretty excited about the move. I plan on doing some serious hunting this year as well. Thanks for the info!

If you really want to get excited. Go up to Estes Park. They have a big sign just as you enter town telling you not to harass the wildlife. They have elk just walking around town. I spent the night there at the Best Western and had the elk bugeling right outside my window. Didn't get any sleep that night. But then of course there is a really nice river, I can't remember the name of it, that runs along side the road from the town of Loveland up to Estes Park just in case you decided to drop a line. Can't tell I love that area can you? ha ha Al
