I posted this originally in the Minnesota board. Should have posted it here as well.
Every year at Coon Rapids Dam here in Minnesota, there's a Carp Festival and fishing contest. It's for kids of all ages! In the contest they have prizes for kids under 16 yrs old and prizes for kids 16 and over.
There's prizes for the 5 largest and 5 smallest carp caught. I'll report back after I win the boat or mini-van.
