Hit Lbh at 6:30am. Left at 9:30am with four channels 4 to 7lbs and a 3# Walleye. They were still biting when I left but had an appt. They were hitting fresh carp strips 1 1/2x3" long, fished on the bottom. The Carp were busy spawning until about 9am. I saw a boat head out around 7am and came back at 9am with 18 Kitties. They were using fresh carp on the west side of the lake.

Did you catch the walleye on carp meat?I have not caught a walleye since they draines yuba!Luckily a guy in a boat saturday gave me one and it was delicious![]

Yep.. Carp meat. I can't remember ever catching one on cut bait before. I have however caught three LMB this year on carp meat, and a half a dozen white bass.
