Hey there guys,
If you catch a lot of fish some captains say 'we leveled the boat'.
This could mean two thing according to guys I know, 1) the hold is full which counter-actes the power plant weight to level the boat.
Another long-ranger said it meant that when the boat came in to dock, when pulling out all the fish, the level of fish equaled the foot railing on the boat. ie loaded up!
