WHEN: July 24-25, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHY: [url "http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,1607,7-153-10364_28277---,00.html"][#0000ff]DNR's six fish hatcheries[/#0000ff][/url] produce more than 750,000 pounds of fish every year for stocking throughout the state. The annual fish festival at the Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery is a free, fun and educational way for families to enjoy the out-of-doors and learn about the vital role of hatcheries in providing quality recreational fishing opportunities statewide.
