All fish with NO clipped fin (cutthroat) have to be released immediately. If one takes a jig deep in the gills and is a goner, all you can do is unhook it and toss it back in the water or shove it back down the ice hole. I'm going to follow the law to the letter regardless of the moral and ethical issues. I'd rather spend my hard earn cash on lures and all the stuff to go fishing and not some fine because I believe I'm doing the right thing regardless of the law. It ain't worth it!<br><br>My additude may be hardline but just pay a fine or two and have some johnny law dog fish cop treat you as some lawless, criminal scum sucker when you did, what you considered to be morally and ethically correct. Bottom line, it don't matter. YOU BROKE THE LAW - YOU PAY! I'll pay Hooked or Sportsman's Warehouse instead.<br><br><br>Just my two cents......<br><br>
