Took my 3 year old grandson to Farmington pond today. We went up around 4, boy there were alot of people up there. We got skunked except for the grandson and I finally got brave enough to put a hook on his pole and helped him hook a bunch of teeny blue gill. He had a great time. The one thing that made me mad was there were some people out fishing on the deck area. They were fishing for the channel cats with chicken liver and were having great luck. When we first got there I heard then say that they had already gotten 11 and I watched one of them get 8 more. I thought the limit up there was 4. When they found that out they quickly loaded their cooler of fish and left.I don't begrudge some one getting fish but I think being greedy is a whole different story.

Thanks for the report Sandy, it's too bad people don't know the rules when they go out fishing. I bet the DWR could even post the limits at the pond and some people still wouldn't obey them. Thanks for letting them know before they caught evern more. WH2

The limit IS posted and those @#*holes, more than likely, do know the regs. but just want to live life on the edge. I hope they fall off "the edge."
