This is my first time posting a report, but I couldn’t resist.
My brother and I decided to bag work on Friday the 23, and head up to Jordenelle.
Started fishing about 7:00am, caught a few here and there, then about 10:30 we started getting into them….All together we caught between 10-15 most between 13” and 15”.
Then I hooked into this one, we didn’t measure it but it was somewhere between 19-23”.
Dang good day, beats work any day….

Sorry about the picture quality, we left the good camera at home!

Welcome to BFT. Very nice fish!!!! I'd guess it's at least 20", maybe more.

You didn't mention what you caught it on, or any details about the type of habitat or the depth you were at. We love details like that if you feel like sharing.

Thanks,

Senkonate

Okay,

A little more information , We were about 100 feet off of land, the fish finder showed about 21 feet deep, the bottom seemed to be mostly weeds, and shrubs/trees almost no rocks.
It seamed to be a little beyond a color change, where the water went from churned up sand, to darker green. We were fishing rattle-traps that ran about 8-10 feet deep.
Couldn’t get them to hit plastic.

Good luck….

[cool]Nice fish, H20, and welcome to BFT. Hey, has anyone told you you look kind of like Coach Majerus (the former U of U basketball coach?) You look lighter than him, though. Anyway, lookin' forward to your next report!
