Full Version: American Bullfrogs in Utah

Frog legs are good to eat but I've never caught any here in Utah. I'd like to go catch some of these bad boys and the way it sounds the DWR might not mind getting rid of some of them as well.

Does anybody know the legalities of catching these American bullfrogs here in Utah. I don't want to get in trouble for having them so I imagine I'd have to kill them on site. I'm just not sure.

Also, if catching them and keeping them for supper, where else could I go to catch some?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can keep American bullfrogs as long you are not transporting them alive.
