for the sevier drainage.. but if there is a bright spot in the state it has to be the manti mountain lakes are doing great this year!! we have been getting rain every day for almost 5 months now!! most the lakes have not even droped more than 5 to 10 feet this year!! and cleveland res is up about 20 feet in the last 3 weeks!! Joe's valley is up to the ramp for the first time in 4 years.. even E-lake is only down about 5 feet from last year hole in the bottom and all.. it's looking to be a good year up there all in all..
