Lake of the Ozarks (Bagnell Tailwater): 73 degrees, normal, clear; black bass slow on plastic worms and crankbaits; crappie slow on minnows and jigs; white bass slow on white Rooster Tails and soft white plastics; catfish fair on worms, chicken liver and chicken breast. (Report made on 8/18/2004)
Lake of the Ozarks (Glaize): 78 degrees, clear; black bass slow on Chompers and plastic worms; crappie fair on minnows and jigs; catfish fair on shad, chicken liver, stinkbaits and worms; white bass slow on white soft plastics and trolling with crappie jigs. (Report made on 8/18/2004)

Lake of the Ozarks (Niangua): 78 degrees, normal, clear; black bass slow on plastic worms and Chompers; crappie fair on minnows and jigs; white bass slow on light colored Rooster Tails and soft, light colored plastics; catfish fair on chicken liver, stinkbaits and worms. (Report made on 8/18/2004)
Lake of the Ozarks (Osage): 78 degrees, normal, clear; crappie fair in the morning on minnows; black bass good on 10" black or pumpkin seed plastic worms off main lake points; catfish good using cut shad on trotlines and jug lines; walleye slow on jigs tipped with nightcrawlers or minnows; white bass slow off windy points in the evening on Sassy Shad. Little Dixie: 79 degrees, normal, dingy; channel catfish and blue catfish good on chicken liver; largemouth bass fair on topwater lures; bluegill fair on crickets; all other species slow. (Report made on 8/19/2004)

Lamine: low, muddy; flathead catfish fair at the mouth of the Blackwater River using small bluegill on trotlines; channel catfish fair on limb lines using cut shad around shallow flats; crappie fair on minnows around brush piles near the middle of the channel; all other species slow.
