[ul] [li]1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat, or imitation crabmeat [li]1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped [li]2 Tbs. red bell pepper, finely chopped [li]2 Tbs. green bell pepper, finely chopped [li]2 Tbs. mayonnaise [li]1/2 tsp. parsley, minced [li]1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning [li]1/2 tsp. minced garlic[/li][/ul]
