1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup fresh mint
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients and store in a glass container in the
refrigerator. A great sauce for mild sausages, poultry and white
fish.
