2 cans beer
4 tablespoons chili powder
4 small cans tomato paste
2 large onions finely chopped or minced
1 clove garlic crushed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce (Louisiana hot or Red Devil hot)
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients into a cooking vessel and bring to a simmer
then continue simmering 30 or 45 minutes. The longer the cooking
the better the taste, but care is the caution here; stir often to
avoid sticking or burning to vessel.
