Barbecue Sauce for Fish

1 thick lemon slice
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne (red) pepper
2 Tbsp butter

Simmer for 20 minutes then add

1/2 cup catsup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke

Remove lemon slice. Baste on fish and barbecue.
