[font "Arial"][black][size 3]I just had to share my experience with Attwood Marine. While we were fishing in Idaho last week we had one of the rod holders go over the side (our fault), and on a previous trip in Idaho I had one of the stems break off (our fault) of one of the rod holders. I contacted Attwood Marine and they sent me two new stems and two complete rod holders (apparently they don't stock the rod holder portion only). I had indicated in an email that I wanted to also purchase one complete rod holder to replace a Fishon rod holder, and they just sent it to me (one of the two complete rod holders mentioned above). When I inquired if I could pay them something (everything above was sent to me at no cost) I was told: "You don't owe anything. You lost one of the holders, which probably shouldn't have happened, and I needed to get that Fishon product out of the picture!! Just keep buying Attwood. Happy fishing!!!!" Wow that is great customer service![/size][/black][/font]
