I would use a 1/6 oz spinner bait - white or a 1/8oz jig head with small silver spinner and 3" white grub tail.
How about you?

I'd have to cast my vote for a crawler. When all else fails go to the basics.

I have been running across this creature lately. What fish do you think it would attract?

Anyone who has fished with me knows My #1 choice. Some guys might think thats all I ever use.
If I had to choose 1 I would have to go with the hot chub.

Its called a Jerusalem cricket.

I'd use a renegade fly.

Like others of you... give me a worm and a bobber and I'll have fish for supper more times than not...
if not at least I can eat the worm...PB

i'm with cableguy,i use crankbait's alot,i might not catch as many fish, but i think i catch bigger fish using crankbaits.Usually i dont keep alot of the fish i catch,,,and fish swallow the bait deeper when using (worms cheese suckermeat)etc and its harder to release them, without doing lots of damage.
