[ul][li]2 large tomatoes, chopped [li]2 large tomatillos, husked, washed and chopped fine [li]1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped [li]1/3 cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped [li]2 Tbs. fresh lime juice [li]2 tsp. lime peel, grated[/li][/ul]
Mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
