I AM WONDERING IF IT IS SAFE TO LAUCH MY BOAT THERE AT THE NORTH MARINA... I AM PLANNING ON HITTING IT TOMARROW (SATURDAY) I AM HOPEING TO GET A WIPER OR TWO AND SOME OF THOSE WALLEYES TOO. ANY INFO WILL BE OF GREAT HELP.

I drove by there wed. It dosent look like it has come up much since we got all rain. if your boat sits high in the water you should be able to get out.

Mike, if that water hasn't come up, you will have an area, approximately 30 feet long right outside of the marina where the dredging stopped, where the water is probably less than 6 inches deep.

i had to drive up to Logan today for some business and noticed a small boat out on the lake. It looked to be a small aluminum boat..not sure...but his rig/trailer were parked near the top of the ramp.
When i came back down i was a bit tired of drivin so i drove back to the boat launch and let my dog run around. She could walk across the inlet area about 50 yards past the ramp...so it was 6-10 inches deep in that area.
Are wipers active at all?? haven't fished for them myself, just curious. There wasn't a soul there except some folks puttin up some nice lookin Christmas lights when i was there...MAN it was a beautiful sunset...water was like glass..georgeous!!

you were talking about the south marina right you said inlet

was referring to north marina. guess it's actually the outlet from the ramp area. i'm not the best in the world at trying to describe things..lol
