want to take the kids fishing so im trying to find where theres no ice around layton or close to it... any reports on ice condions would be great..thanks all

ok not sure here are you looking for lakes or ponds that have ice? or lakes and ponds with no ice?

[cool]Um, where there's NO ICE?? If that's what you are looking for around Layton, you could go to Maybe pond in Clearfield, Farmington Pond, Kaysville Ponds, Pineview, Echo, Rockport. The real question is, what lakes DO HAVE ice? There's only a few, so if you are looking for NO ICE, pretty much anywhere doesn't have ice yet. Good luck.

im looking for no ice lakes or ponds or anywhere i can fish..... maybe has ice and the weber river has ice on the edges so it cant be fished from shore and so does hodds hollow.. havent looked any place else yet....

I went past Maybe pond yesterday and it had ice on it. The only part that has open water on it is not accesible from shore. I will look at it again later today as I live about 2 blocks away from it.

so icefool where you live? .... i live just bearly in layton on antalope maybe we can hook up and go fishing sometime... ive herd lost creek is still open and no ice and echo but thats all ive been able to find so far...not sure about kaysville..... i wish this cold weather would leave and not come back... i like the snow but hate the cold...acuctl my body dont like the cold... thanks for the report
