[ul][li]1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork country ribs [li]1 c. chopped onion [li]1 can white hominy [li]1 can yellow hominy [li]1 can whole tomatoes [li]1 clove garlic, minced [li]2 tsp. chili powder [li]1 tsp. salt [li]1/2 tsp. thyme [/li][/ul]Debone and cube ribs; brown pork in skillet in hot oil. Add onion and saute; drain off fat. Combine pork, onion and remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
