Can i pull a good size sled to the lake? I have never ice fished here before. Just wondering if there are any good trails to the lake? If, I guess I'll need to downsize all my gear. Thanks!

You can pull it to the lake quite easily, it's getting back to your truck that would be the bear! The water is extremely low, so it is a long/steep hike up and down the dam. I'd pack light if I were you. Good luck, and I hope you catch a bunch.

On suday the road was completely dry and clear. Access was not a problem at all. Parking lot by the dam was snowpacked and a little slick but not a big deal. Best part of the drive to lost creek is the wildlife scenery.
Best of luck, Rip some lips.

According to Craig Schaugaard of the DWR, the road up to the top of the dam is to be plowed all winter! Good news for us cold-footers. Check out the Ogden Standard-Examiner's XPLORE section for more info about the future of Lost Creek.
Good fishin',

That is great news. How long does it take to get from Millcreek to Lost Creek. On a map it looks like it takes about 45 minutes past Echo but it is hard to tell. Might head up on Sat. or Sun. just depends on the weather. Should hit Causey in there too.
