just got back from checking the secret spot again today.. as of 11:00 today there is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of ice on the lake.. all the lake apeard to be frozzen over.. but definately no safe ice there yet!!

sorry guy's not there yet.. and with the temps in the high 40's today not looking good for and hard freez any time soon..

i will try and keep everyone up dated on the spot..

Hey Fuzzy,
If you drove by the spot on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. you probably saw two idiots out in an aluminum boat by the dam...that was us.
I sent you a p.m.
It's really bad right now for boat fishing (very little access) and not thick enough for ice fishing (1/2" at best).
We only got the truck stuck once.
When I go back, I will be parking next to the highway and walking in. I'm lucky my truck is back in my garage!
