Well it finally happened this year the harbor is frozen and all the boat in the atlantic highlands fleet are now in dry dock so if you want to fish a party boat you have to head further south to belmar and Pt. Pleasant but make sure you dress warm some of the boats have heated hand rails but that only takes care of your hands me I think I'll wait for some warmer temps before I venture out
