I steped out my door at the crack of dawn this morn to remove last nights snow drop, the weatherman said 3-5 inches by noon today so I figured it was about done.
I shoveled my way to the end of my drive and when I looked back twards the house there was 3 more inches of new fall where I had just shoveled, so I dug my way back in and looked back twards the road and saw another inch had fallen again.
well looking like a yetty beard full of snow and ice and weighing about 5 pounds I thought it was time for a coffee break, I came in popped the pain pill for the upcoming "Oh ma aching Back" turned on the news and saw the weatherman was predicting 3-5 inches of snow, I scratched my head and chuckled and started calling around, every one else was reporting the same.
I often wonder if some of them forcasters have a window in thier offices and or bother to look out the window before they get on the air. [cool]
I am just having a chuckle at the weathermans expence today. biggest snow storm of the year in our area and they forgot to build up the hype!!! LOL
well about an hour later get this, the new stations started giving a list of school closings...LOLLL Today is saturday, HELLOW!!!!
Gotta love em tho' wished I had their job, how many times can you be wrong on your job and still collect a pay check at the end of the week.....[
