1) Cut the fish to fillets and remove the skin.
2) Then deep it inside a scrambled egg, take it out and deep it in bread crumbs and cover it so the whole fillet is covered with it.
3) Warm up a frying pan with oil [put the amount of oil so it will get to half of the height of the fillet].
4) Fry it until it gets golden-brown on both sides.
