Fish tale proves true via polygraph;
A Florida fisherman who claimed he put his wedding ring on
a sailfish and then caught it two years later has passed a
polygraph test. Polygraph operator Doug Reno, nephew of
former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno, administered the
test Saturday to Eric Bartos of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The
cost of the $900 polygraph test that took two hours to
administer was paid by a Miami radio show. "I know I'm
telling the truth," Bartos said after completing the test.
Bartos, who works in the condominium industry, said he would
have lost his credibility in the construction industry if
the story did not prove true. Bartos and his two fishing
companions said they caught the sailfish with Bartos' gold
wedding band Jan. 22 still on the fish's bill, where they
placed it two years earlier. It is unclear why the men put
the wedding ring on the fish.
I say LMAO IMHO of course.
My buddy did catch a Big Bass with the lure that he took from me still in his mouth 2 hours later though. And that is the truth.
