4 Cod steaks
2 tb Dry white wine
1 ts Schwartz Fennel Seeds
1 Stick celery - finely chopped
1 oz Butter; (25g)
1 Lemon - sliced
Place the cod steaks on four individual pieces of foil, large enough to make parcels. Sprinkle with wine, Fennel Seeds, celery and dot with butter. Top with slices of lemon. Seal each parcel and bake at 400F, 200C Gas Mark 6 for 20- 30 minutes.
