Dang, what ya doin there!?!?!?!?!? I am SO jealous! I spent 2 years in Nicaragua, back in '99 and 2000. I love it there! There is some great fishing there, that's for sure, for roosterfish and a ton of other inshore and offshore saltwater fish, as well as a couple good freshwater places. I didn't get to fish much when I was there, since I was there for religious reasons, but I was able to get out once or twice. If you get the chance and some free time, you should go check out Selva Negra (Black Jungle) in Matagalpa. It's run by a German family. It's AWESOME! It's a cloud forest up in the mountains, complete with monkeys, vines that you can swing on like tarzan, beautiful jungle, etc.

I have been really busy with the Army. I am so glad to hear about Utah Lake! I hope it stays up this year. The fish need a year to recover completely. Let's hope and pray that we will have the water we need this year. Nicagragua has been a great experience. I am learning a lot! I tried to call you but I failed horribly. Send me a pm and I will pass your info to my good buddy and he will take care of your needs for me. Keep me posted on water levels. I will drop in every once in a while.

utah lake has been comming up pretty steady for the last month. boats can be launched in some places now. I'll be hitting lincoln beach this week if the weather is ok. I'll let you know whats up.
