Fishing Forum

Fished Rockport yesterday morning. My buddy and I arrived at about 7:00 a.m. Drove the boat over to the inlet, and fished where the bouy's are. We used powerbait, worms, and panther martin spinners. Caught 14 fish between the two of us, all very small except for one nice 16 inch rainbow. The wind started kicking up really hard about noon, so it was time to go. We only seen about a half a dozen boats on the water besides us. There were about 50 people fishing from shore all around the lake.

I was one of them fishing from shore, the only thing I caught was a nap.
Tried, verms, powerbait and salmon eggs, even a spinner, but not even a bite. Still had fun though.
