I think I will do something different this weekend....... I think I will hit Bear lake for a couple days! LOL I am currently without fishing boat and have not modified the wifes boat yet so I will be fishing the breakwater at the marina again. If you venture out that way wave hi!

NADDA, ZILCH, NOCHING....
This shore fishing stuff is for the birds.
I talked to a few folks that were out trolling the East shore and they had landed a few cutts and a pup mack. The weather was absolutely great and very little "W". The water is coming up and the beach areas are getting thinner. Only saw one boat on the pile but have no report on how they did.
Trying to decide on a kicker with remote troll or a high end bow mount electric for the Bayliner??

Hey Pat,
If you want to stay over fish, and finesse them a little, I'd go with the high end bow mount. If you are pretty much going to strictly troll, then go with the kicker. Heck go with both and you'll be set!

Hey Bee,
Both would be great but I only can come up with the cash for one upgrade at a time. I think I will go with the bow mount for now. I primarily jig and cast fish but trolling is something I need to get into. I may look into the trolling plates that mount to your cavitation plate as a means for now and run my primary engine. Gas prices are going to kill me but you got to pay to play!
