I hope to take my toon to the Berry this weekend. Has anyone been there lately? Where is there good open water, and how do you think that it will fish this weekend? I plan to fish it Friday and Saturday if the weather is good. Who else will be there?

I HIT THE BERRY ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON JUST OUT FROM THE LADDERS. THERE STILL ISNT A WHOLE LOT OF OPEN WATER BUT FOR A DEPRIVED FLYFISHERMAN IT WAS ENOUGH. I ONLY CAUGHT 4 FISH,ALL IN THE SLOT. THEY DIDNT FIGHT REAL WELL BUT IT SURE WAS NICE TO HIT THE OPEN WATER AT THE BERRY AGAIN. THERE STILL WASNT MUCH OPEN WATER THAT I COULD SEE BUT BY THE WEEKEND IT SHOULD START PULLING AWAY.
