....and to think the walleye were all washed up or should I say washed out! [blush]Looks like she has been munching a few perchies. Hopefully she laid her eggs and the males took care of the rest. Give it a few years and the boom will be on.

[cool]Hey, you'd better return that fish to her home where you got her from (Utah Lake). Dang bucket biologists!![]
That's a nice looking perch eater you got there, PBH. I assume you returned her back to make more, right?

PBH, You wouldn't happen to be related to the Hepworth's at the DWR would you? The first pic looks kinda like the measuring tool used when doing fish samples.
Are you saying you don't know what the fish are or are you just asking if people know?

I hope that is good???? but what it could mean is that the perch that was put back in Yuba to help to get the fisher started could fell now, the perch will not have a chance to spawn a couple of times like needed to make a good fishery.[pirate][pirate][pirate]

Its just a darn BETC (big eye'd tooth carp). Those good sized ones are best tossed back for the next spawn season.. They make a heck of a fish sandwich tho'.
