Well, I don't know who here cares, but as of yesterday evening I have caught the biggest White Bass to come out of Devil's Creek in Manitoba[cool]. Previous record was a 17.00" White Bass. I'm now in the process of registering my new 17.25" record. And guess what it bit on? As per my "All time favorite artificial bait" reply, a good old red and white spoon. You can see the standings as of now at the Manitoba Angler Website Records for Devil's Creek: http://www.travelmanitoba.com/huntfish/master_angler_search.html
Last year I caught the 3rd and 4th biggests. Add my 15.5" fish and 17.25" fish from yesterday, and I'm one fish away from getting my White Bass "Specialist" pin (Minimum size is 15" to register, I believe).
