i broke two bail arms off my shimanno reels , what a mess that was , i paid a pretty penny for those two reels .
i ordered two replacement parts off there web site and recived the parts yesterday , free !
two weeks downtime , that was it !
shimanno gets a big "yeee haaa" from this fisherman [cool].
you guys got any other stories of a manufacturer or store that has done good by you ? i'de like to hear them .

Last fall while blue fishing I threw out a mega swim bait and the blues clobbered it. Bit the tail off and wrecked the terminal hardware. Cabelas sent me a new one when I sent it back. Gotta love'em.

i hear tell of the cabella's breathable waders can't be beat . bring them back within a year (with the slip) and get a replacement pair ,no hassels !
