Had quite the conversation with him for close to 45 minutes about how his operation works, what I should expect and even got screened to see if I was the type to go fishing in December on the Gorge. Guess I passed the test, we're going! Should be a fun trip chasing and learning more about stickin' a hook in those wily Flaming Gorge mackinaw! I'm stoked![/size][/black][/font]

you will have a great time, Jim told me that he has a few guys come in dec. every year for like the last 5 years or so and they get some big ones. one word, pay close attention to the hook set technique, it makes a big differance let me tell you. good luck, hope you bang a big one. later chuck

You'll have a great time! I just got back from there. Fished two and a half days over the weekend - only 2 fish for me - a 21 lb. and a 10 lb. One of our mutual friends was there and caught a few more, but over all it was slow.
