I finally got my ebay package in the mail today - a book, "Fish on the Grill." Aw, so many recipes, so little time!
I wish time was my problem. Time can be made. My problem is catching the little buggers. There are so many recipes/techniques I want to try. I might end up committing "the unpardonable sin" and buying fish at the store. We will have to see if the fishing gods
upon my rods.
