Whats going on it has been a while since i reported on silverwood lake . I went night fishing last saturday for stipper the fish were there , but fishing bait was just not happening .There is just too much moss on the bottom to catch anything . All the action was top water and it was hot . I recommend using any kind of Rattle traps or top water plugs (poppers) until the water turns over . Give it a few more weeks and the strippers should be going nuts , the shad were on the shore lines and it was a crazy sight .
Good luck

Thanks for the report. I'm sure the action should pick up soon. Once the water cools off a bit, the moss starts to subside and it will drive some of the critters on to the submerged shelves.
Good luck out there and be sure to give us some reports on the Cali board as well.[cool]

WHATS UP KZILLA02!!!!!!
Its been a while, I guess since the night fishing run before I moved to Colorado. Great to see you posting. Have you been to Kenny's house at Silverwood?
You'll have to come out with Chucky and do some fishing when you have some time. I've been trying to round up an Elk lately for the Archery season here. The scores 0-2, I missed a cow on opening day and Tuesday missed a nice 4 x 4 bull. I have a couple weeks still and hoping to fill the freezer. I'll probably work into some fishing at South Fork if I can get my Elk with some time to spare.
Well great to hear from you keep those reports coming!
